My name is Sandra Larner.  Anna and I set up The Accounts Place in 2015 after working together in a local accountancy practice and discovering that most clients had no idea what their year end results were likely to be until the final accounts were done and submitted nine months after the year end.

Starting off in a medium sized accountancy practice, I soon decided that practice was not for me and moved into industry as a Finance Manager. Whilst working I also became ACCA qualified. In 2006 after maternity leave, I went back to work in a practice part time, which is where I met Anna and the rest, as they say, is history!!!

I am married to Barney and have a teenage son. Most weekends we can be found on a riverbank or canal towpath anywhere in the country watching Will take part in kayak races.
